The Centre:
At Guardian Caringbah, we don’t just care for children—we cultivate a community where educators feel valued, supported, and inspired every day. Our centre is a place where high-quality education meets heartfelt connection.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• For Leads: Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• For Educators: Cert 3 or Diploma (or working towards it)
• For Trainees: No qualifications needed, just a commitment and passion!
• For Leads: Previous experience working as a Lead/Room Leader
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW
