Our business has come a long way since our humble beginnings. A multinational corporate short-term rental business began with a father and son renting out an extra room in their house.
After months of failure in finding a long-term tenant, we tried short-term leasing and received bookings within the first day. From then on, we've been directly involved in every aspect of the business, from staging the space, learning how to take professional photos, creating listing descriptions, optimizing prices to maximize occupancy and revenue, to screening potential guests, implementing self-check-in solutions, thorough cleanings, and conducting quality assurance checks to prepare the property for the next booking.
We experienced many challenges at the start but ultimately learned how to filter out undesirable guests who break regulations or cause damage. The experience simultaneously gave us the confidence to operate as a business and thanks to our professional contacts, we've been able to expand rapidly into global markets. We now partner with both commercial and residential landlords/owners to provide guaranteed income for their properties, without the risk of unpaid rent or eviction.
