We are the premier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) school in the Sutherland Shire. We say this not because we were the first but because:
* our head coach is a local boy who grew up and moved to Rio to learn and be graded to black belt over there. Currently a 3rd degree black belt he is a former Australasian Champion and fought professional MMA.
* our gym is the largest of all the BJJ schools in Caringbah and the only one with a fresh breeze off the bay.
* we have specific classes for kids, women and masters (over 35s).
